Twenty sommeliers from ten countries of the Americas, judges from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas and the elite of the world sommellerie, all together in Montreal, Canada. The fifth edition of the ASI & APAS Contest of the Best Sommelier of the Americas Canada 2018 was more than just one of the most important competitions in our profession. In many ways, it was the confirmation of the growing energy and the unprecedented, fast-paced growth of sommellerie all over the continent.
